Terms & Conditions

1. Services
Navy Blue Studio (the "Studio") agrees to provide graphic design, visual identity, and social media content creation services as outlined in the specific Project Proposal provided to the Client.

2. Payment Terms

  • Branding & One-off Projects: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval of designs and before high-resolution files are released.

  • Content Days: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full on the day of the shoot.

  • Social Media Management: The first month’s fee must be paid in full and upfront before work commences. Subsequent months will be invoiced at the start of each month and must be paid within 7 days.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer or Cash.
     

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide a clear brief and all necessary assets (copy, high-res images, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may result in a delayed completion date.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Unless otherwise stated, all projects include two (2) rounds of minor revisions.
     

  • ​Any additional revisions or changes to the original brief will be charged at an hourly rate or as a separate add-on.
     

  • Final sign-off is required via email. Once the Client has approved the work, any further changes will incur additional costs.
     

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
     

  • If a Client needs to reschedule a Content Day, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the deposit to cover the Studio’s lost production time.
     

6. Copyright and Ownership

  • Drafts/Concepts: All preliminary concepts and draft designs remain the property of Navy Blue Studio.
     

  • Final Work: Upon receipt of final payment, the copyright for the final designs/content is transferred to the Client. Navy Blue Studio retains the right to use the work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
     

7. Limitation of Liability
Navy Blue Studio will not be liable for any loss of profits, business, or indirect damages arising from the use of the delivered assets or delays in social media platform performance.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information shared during the project confidential.

1. Introduction
Navy Blue Studio is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
 
2. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you fill out our contact form or book a consultation.
 
3. How We Use Your Data We use your data strictly for:

  • Communicating regarding your projects.
     

  • Processing payments and invoices.
     

  • Sending occasional studio updates (only if you have opted in).
     

4. Data Storage
Your information is stored securely on password-protected cloud drives (e.g., Google Workspace) and within our professional invoicing software. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
 
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask us to delete your personal information at any time, provided it is not required for active legal or tax records.
